The  criteria for membership of guestTRAX® is simple; be the owner, manager, or person in authority of any type of Accommodation property, (other than that of a Permanent Rental type property that is eligble for membership of TICA. ie rental properties, long term etc)

guestTRAX® membership is available to any of the following: -

* Hotels
* Motels
* Holiday/Caravan Parks
* Backpackers
* Bed & Breakfasts
* Residential Property Managers (Non-Permanent)

Our pricing structure is simple. An annual subscription which starts from $100 per year (dependent upon type of Accommodation property) is all it takes to become a part of this network. Call us for pricing for your property.

To join simply click on the drop down menu above, and select your State, and complete the form and submit it to us, and it will be processed promptly, or click on the On-Line Application link, download and complete the agreement and forward it to guestTRAX® by email or fax or mail.

Upon receipt, the application will be processed and an Invoice will be forwarded to you. Your account will be set up, and on receipt of payment, your Login details and password will be supplied, along with other membership information, including the Window sticker and a quantity of Notice to Guests, and privacy statements.

On the Invoice, you will see that there a number of payment methods available to you:

Credit Card - Payment may be made via the Internet or phone by Visa or Mastercard
BPAY - This will allow payment through any computer Banking system.
POST Billpay - Allows payment through any Post Office .
Mail - Payment by cheque to the guestTRAX® company mailbox.
