AAPLS ain't Apples
guestTRAX® have recently been appointed National Police Liaison by the AAoA. The name of this service is to be known as the Australian Accommodation Police Liaison Service (AAPLS)
Our role is to be a conduit between the Law Enforcement agencies and the Accommodation Industry, and to provide support and education between these two very important sectors.
At the moment, discussions are being held with several of the State Police Forces in relation to the implementation of these initiatives.
Over the next 12 months, we hope you will see a greater involvement from our Police in respect to issues surrounding our sector, and we hope that there will be a greater interaction from you, in helping Police with important information.

guestTRAX® were honoured to receive an inaugural award from CEO Lorraine Duffy at the HMAA National Awards Night, held at The Dockside, Darling Harbour on Friday 23 October 2009.
The award, known as the Corporate Member Recognition Award, was presented to guestTRAX for exemplary support of HMAA and our outstanding contributions to advancing the professionalism of the accommodation sector.
We are very proud to have received this award, and will continue to ensure that our Mission Statement will continue in the same manner of the next five years.
